Anyone had experience with E300 and CMG-GEM on fractured tight/shale gas reservoir simulations?

I would appreciate that you can tell me the pros and cons of these packages.

The advantage of setting up the hydraulic fractures explicitly in ECL is using Petrel for LGR grid according the microseismic mapping. But none of them taking into account the coupled geomechanics for fracture propagation.
