Got problem solved. Like most research codes, UTCHEM doesn't have good documentation system comparing with commericial products. Just one suggestion for everyone in this forum: try documenting what you do at the first time as much as possible!

Like most early finite difference simulator, UTCHEM need DX, DY and DZ as the input. What I did just initilize the corner point geometry in Eclipse. ECL will calculate the grid dimensions automatically. After initilization, I just wrote a small parser extract those model properties out from ECL's GRID file(in my case I asked ECL output extended grid geometry with inactive cells). That's it! I believe certain commerical software can help you do this extracting work too.
