毕业整整一年了，已经熟悉了自己的本职工作，如果没有纰漏，就可以如期上岗了。
去年的这个时候，我满怀憧憬，来到了单位工作，较有竞争力的薪资，良好的办公环境，让我觉得我可以在这里安心奋斗，在专业领域里取得一定的成绩。随着时间的推进，我慢慢有了离职的想法。对自己所在单位的工作氛围很遗憾。并且，我能够看到一些低级事故在身边发生，而自己却没有任何能力去阻止。毕竟是国企，工作没有任何紧迫感，即使那些犯了低级失误的员工依然很悠然的继续错误的工作方式。
我自己知道自己有很多不足，还需要在日后的工作中去改进。但是我看到单位在犯了很多低级的决策失误却爱莫能助。作为在社会上名声最好的石油公司，难道是走到了发展的尽头。在网上可以看到很多描述公司的帖子，也不乏理性分析。但是我们的国家本身就是非理性的国家，何况是一个只会在资本市场作秀的国企了。无论是勘探、钻井还是开发，作为中国最先“走出去，引进来”的企业，公司目前没有一项能够拿的出手的核心技术。油藏软件是SIS和LANDMARK的，钻机是NOV的，LWD是SPERRYSUN的，别说测井的自主产权设备,只不过是5700的仿版。一个企业没有专门的研发机构不可怕，还可以与大专院校、科研院所合作，但是如果一个企业只有牌坊似的的研发机构，只能是为腐败铺好了一个温床。。。。

The rise and fall of the company or the nation depends on her employees or citizens. More specific, their moral and attitude. Technology is only the accerlating agent. Personally, I don't see any problem that 公司目前没有一项能够拿的出手的核心技术, the current trend for O&G is the service sector provides the technology, it is up to the company employees to utilize the tools properly. So, if your career goal is in technology, you should apply for the service company.

As for 使那些犯了低级失误的员工依然很悠然的继续错误的工作方式, gee, if you are what you stated "已经熟悉了自己的本职工作", you failed your team and your company. The team/company is only as strong as the weakest team member / employee. It is your responsibility to see the job done right and your duty to pull/correct the weakest link.

BTW, in term of senority, what is 低级员工?

This is the first time I encountered a post by a first year newbie regarding 低级员工. So, it is time for some one to educate me regarding chinese senority.

看到二楼的回复，我想到了一个小故事，在深圳河以南，无论车辆多么拥挤，交通总是保持畅通；在深圳河以北，无论道路多么宽敞，总能发现有车辆逆行。

ytlee用英文回帖问题不只一次被解释澄清过，简而言之，能读中文并不等于会写。
另，从回帖你咋知道就是黑发黄肤的老中？ABC的母语还是中文么？母语用得好不好影响一个帖子的价值么？这些都是没有定论的问题，年轻人（如果你还认为自己年轻的话），三思而后行
