We received many resumes globalwide, but only offered one interview. I am trying to get the opportunaty for Chinese community, so I am telling you to watch your English in the resume. The resume is screened by Texans. But when you are offered, they are really nice to you.

Texans are known for tall tales. However, if you spin tall tales in your resume or overblow your accomplishment, it will land your resume in file W (wastebasket). Don't forget a good cover letter which should be a door openner.

There are many CVs in Chinese from new grads. I just want them to know it's American company looking for people. They need to communicate to those Americans, not me.

Definitely, the CV needs to show the qualification, and people needs to know everything listed in the resume. On-site technical interview is typically 90~120 mins. Overblow will land the resume in HR's blacklist. They also believe phone interview can tell the communication skills.

A common issue is that some people without Riser experience but with other experience, such as structures, also apply. FMC has a structure group. One guy from that group talked many times with us to try to transfer to our group, our answer is: we need people with experience in risers, with qualifications described in the job post. You can have SCR experience.
