I got what the problem is.
In my analysis the mooring line was seperated into 25 elements.
I checked the tension of the last elment in *.ttn files. The value is much smaller then the tension I set.
While the result in *.tsn files shows that the tension of other elements have exeed the break tension.

可以做系泊系统分析的软件都有哪一些,各有哪些特点?
拟静态分析的很多,fully coupled的据我所知比较专业的有三种:HARP/CHARM3D,AQWA的Cable Dynamics,MOSES(这个存疑,没用过)。特点各异,各有优劣,HARP系泊缆索模型是Thin Rod Theory、高阶线单元划分,用户可以自己定义单元的数量和节点的位置,(数量较少,一般一条缆索10-50个节点?CHARM3D可以自己在源程序里定义最大单元数量),可以输出所有节点和单元在每个time step的位置、轴向张力、阻尼力、惯性力等信息。其他的两个软件的理论基础估计也相差不大,但没看过源程序,不敢肯定。MOSES没用过,AQWA能够让用户控制单元的数量(最大50个?),但无法控制单元节点的位置,输出数据好像也只能包括顶端结点的位移和轴向张力信息。
HARP最大的问题有二,一是商业程序开发远滞后于CHARM3D源程序的开发,很多研究性的CHARM3D已经实现的功能和改进,在HARP中没有及时更新,研究性的CHARM3D都是根据各个研究项目的case由学生自己开发,case by case的,而HARP的整合性不够,导致在某些情况下(尤其是多体系统的计算)有时会出现错误;二是由于CHARM3D源程序是使用老FORTRAN语言,绝大部分变量都在程序头固定设死,而不是采用dynamic allocate的方式,在各个不同的case下,会出现无用的冗余变量的定义,浪费内存,因此极大的限制了程序的capacity(比如最大节点数量)。
各个程序的前处理程序,HARP直接自动转化WAMIT结果完成输入,比较便利,目前由于TAMU又开发了自己新的水动力计算程序:HydroGen,因此以后HARP也可以使用自己专利的水动力计算前处理程序,而不必再受WAMIT限制,也使前处理的Option多了一个选择。AQWA有自己的一整套流程,时域分析子程序DRIFT使用的水动力数据由前置的子程序LINE来输入,也可通过外部程序转换WAMIT结果进行输入。MOSES也有自己的水动力model,但据说不是太靠谱,因此很多用户都是用自己编写的外部程序来读入WAMIT结果进行输入。但三个软件中,MOSES的连接类型和设置据说是最丰富最成熟的,这是MOSES最大的优点。

应该还有Gmoor, sesam?
not familiar with sesam and gmoor, never used those before, so I am not quite sure about whether sesam is fully coupled or not. I guess sesam may not very good at the fully coupled mooring analysis, not as capable as the three I stated before, otherwise everybody in houston will use sesam to running the mooring analysis problems, but as far as I know, no one here use that to do this job.

as far as i know, sesam is also a kind of couple analysis. Is that not fully?

oh, i am not quite familiar with sesam, if you have experiences that it is coupled analysis, then it is coupled analysis. what i mean is sesam is not that popular in the float system coupled analysis area, it is mostly popular in the jacket platform analysis, but not many floater guys use sesam to do their job.
fully or partially coupled, that's just a expression of simplification, if the whole mooring system is coupled with the hull in the analysis, you can say it's fully coupled; if part of the mooring system is simiplified not to coupled, then it's partially coupled. that's modeling problem, not the program. that's my own opinion.
