TEC Secretary
Responsibilities:

-Elaborate and fill database maintenance.
-Be in charge of several vessels at the same time.
-Will deal with the accounting of Zhejiang Bourbon
-Will deal with logistic (booking hotel, train, etc) for the visitors we have Crew, corporate, etc…
-Will assist sites managers for the communication with the Shipyard.
-Will have to take care of local procurement for the office (stationary, etc…)
-Will have to deal with the Expats management (rent, invoices, Visa, etc…)

Skill & Languages:

-University degree, fluent English speaking/writing
-Technical background, shipping related major is an advantage. (At least one year experienced)
-Good relational and open mind.
-High responsibility, attention to detail.
-Good command of both written and oral English is preferred.
-Excellent computer skills is and advantage.
-Willing to work under pressure.


Profile :
-Must be ready to work in a noisy, dirty environment that is a shipyard
-Must be able to work alone without waiting for instruction.
-The job would involve going on board.

International site IT Surveyor
IT 工程师/验船师

PRESENTATION
Bourbon has to set up and to manage IT infrastructures in each international site and on each vessel of the Group.

IT Surveyor ROLE
Accordingly to the site/vessel IT needs and accordingly to Bourbon procedures and standards, the International Site IT Leader is responsible for:
- installing and maintaining the Microsoft Windows network and Active Directory
- installing and maintaining the Microsoft Exchange server
- installing and maintaining of client workstations (XP)
- installing and maintaining network devices
- installing authorized local applications
- installing and maintaining back-up devices (DLT drive installation and maintenance)
- managing the local IT security
- installing and maintaining the networking and telephone wiring
- installing and maintaining the UPS
- installing and maintaining the PABX
- installing and maintaining VoIP (IP phones, …)
- supporting the installation of telecom links between the Bourbon network backbone and the site/vessel (satellite links, leased lines, VPN,…)
- managing local External Service Providers in order to accomplish all the previous activities

Responsibilities:
Software/hardware maintenance for network, telephone system,windows Servers
Maintenance for Exchange e-mail, anti-virus system
Manage the network availability and security
Manage the data security; data backup and recovery (tape)
Manage the data transmission and system security
IT Support for vessel (Marlink email system)

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Fluent in English
Experienced in the vessel industry will be essential
Excellent skills on Microsoft technologies (MCSE Microsoft or similar) like:
-Windows 2003,
-Exchange 2003/2007
-Windows XP
-SMS/MOM
Excellent skills on network and telecommunication technologies like LAN Switches, Routers, Satellite links (VSAT, Inmarsat), VoIP (Cisco certification or similar)

LOCATION
Functionally attached to the corporate, the ISIT can be mobilized in any country/vessel where the Bourbon Group is present



Hull Surveyor
Responsibilities:
Day to day tasks: go on site to inspect steel work (blocks and erection) means structure, welding, piping, alignment in respect of shipbuilding practice IACS rules.
Skill & Languages:
• University degree. Shipping related major is an advantage.
• 3 years in Shipbuilding (not repair building) years experienced
• Drawing, reading and understanding capability.
• High responsibility, attention to detail.
• Good computer skills.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Willing to work under pressure.

Electrician Surveyor
Responsibilities:
Follow up of the electrical installation means cables trays and cable layout.
Installation of electrical equipment.
Skill & Languages:
• University degree. Shipbuilding experience or seamen as electrician.
• Minimum 3 years experienced
• Knowledge of automation system, testing and commissioning, reporting.
• Drawing reading and understanding capability.
• Able to manage himself a complete commissioning.
• High responsibility, attention to detail.
• Good computer skills.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Willing to work under pressure.


Paint surveyor
Responsibilities:
Checking that steel work is performed according to rules, specifications and common practice regarding surface preparation for painting. Specific attention to be paid on repair of welding defects, flatness rectification, smoothing, outfitting,
Checking that conditions are suitable for painting as far as surface preparation, cleanliness and weather are concerned – Dry docking follow up including tanks inspection
Verification, in conjunction with paint manufacturer's inspector of surface preparations, film thickness and method of application,
Daily and progress reports: the surveyor shall report to the Owner’s site manager. Thickness gauge equipment and Dew meter if necessary will be provided by the Owner’s Site Manager.
Skill & Languages:

• University degree, Shipbuilding machinery workshop experience or seamen as engineer
• Minimum 3 years experienced
• Drawing, reading and understanding capability.
• Knowledge of automation system, testing and commissioning.
• Able to manage himself a complete commissioning.
• High responsibility, attention to detail.
• Good computer skills.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Willing to work under pressure.
