I have uploaded Dr.Chen's presentation in this post, help yourself.

I just saw this today, and I am very curious about the details of Chen's method. As you know, Newman's Approximation maybe is the most widely used low-frequency approximation method in offshore industry, everyone considered it as bible. I am very pleased to see that something different came out. So, if anyone have more details about Dr.Chen's method, would you please share it and give us some introduction?
